I cannot make it to my scheduled DOL Written Test appointment, how do I reschedule?

ReSchedule a DOL Written Test:

1)  Sign into your Xcelerate student portal account.
2)  Find the menu, and choose “My Account”
3)  Choose “Appointments”.
4)  Scroll down and find your scheduled test.
5)  Choose the “Book Makeup” button.
6)  Please confirm your appointment in your portal by going back to the Appointments page. You will not get a confirmation email.
